What are we all seeking?
Happiness & love.
This is the deep longing within all humans. We aren’t wired to seek happiness. Our physiology is to seek the equilibrium of homoeostasis.
Yet paradoxically our identity is rooted in a sense of lack so then begins the seeking...we are always seeking, whether it’s material things like handbags, clothes or psychological rewards of successful relationships or recognition to justify our self worth.
The sense of lack and the seeking leads to suffering. Yet in the suffering when we release the sense of lack & perpetual seeking - We meet the hidden treasure.
The pain, the suffering is the key for transformation.
When we feel the pain and suffering rather than push it away, the alchemy transforms, transmutes it to our wisdom or happiness.
We become love.
This is what happened to me through surrender what I shared in last few posts. It’s a daily practice for me to love myself completely just as I am, especially pre moon time I loose the equilibrium- yet in that space I also practice more deeply with self love and instead loose the identity... There Grace enters. Jai Ma🔻
